Our baking chocolate is a 70% dark, crafted from organic certified single origin cacao grown in partnership with a bird sanctuary. We use it for chocolate chunk cookies, melting into mousse, frostings, ganache, eating straight from the bag. Bonus points: It makes a lovely hot chocolate!
