We package our bars for shipping with the same thoughtfulness we use to craft our chocolate.

All orders ship via USPS; please make sure someone is available to receive your package when it arrives, or that it is left in a secure, heat (and sun) free location.

We do our best to craft memorable chocolate but please understand once your order leaves our hands the next part of its journey are out of our control.

We don’t offer refunds for circumstances out of our control but if you feel something went wrong on our end please take photos and contact us within seven days of receiving your order and we’ll be in touch.

We believe in sharing chocolate but not in sharing anyone’s personal information.
