Hello!

that’s been my motto, since the very first batch of bean to bar that filled my tiny kitchen with the amazing aroma of freshly~made chocolate. Before that first batch in 2014, I ate “chocolate,” and had no idea what I was missing out on: in a word,

CHOCOLATE.

Apologies for shouting, but the good stuff changed my life. There’s a lot to be said for embarking onto a new path. I write about drinking chocolate, and talk with fellow fans and makers over at the Cacao Barista on Substack.
