It’s a chip off the old creamy and hazelnutty block, with all the toasted milk goodness of our fav nutkin, but! as a milk chocolate that I gussied way up by toasting the milk powder, topped with small batch wildcrafted sea salt made by our friends at Barrier Island Salt.
Crafted with: single origin cacao from my friend Alejandro of Revival Cacao in Mexico, house-pressed cocoa butter (from the same cacao beans), organic cane sugar, toasted organic whole milk, roasted Oregon hazelnuts, Barrier Island sea salt.
