Here’s my blanket statement: there’s no such thing as too much pie, pumpkins on porches, cozy season, or hunkering under the covers just because that’s what we want to do.
I do love me some pumpkin pie, and this bar is for my fellow pumpkin pie friends. It’s not overly sweet, has the mellow warmth of brown sugary-notes, the whipped cream topping (but on the inside, a plant-based meringue nicely toasted), and the crust (maple and oat and pumpkin seed crumbs).
Vegan friendly and gf.
Ingredients: organic cocoa butter, organic panela sugar, organic gf upcycled oat flour, oragnic organic sprouted pumpkin seeds, pie spices, organic meringue made from aquafaba (organic chick pea water, organic cane sugar, cream of tartar)
