I crafted a crispy as a cookie batch of chocolate, made with single origin cacao infused with my local favorite stout beer (Obsidian Stout from Deschutes Brewing, in Bend, OR), and added finely-ground almond to balance the dark chocolate notes.
To gild the lily (so to speak), there are plump dried bits of plum inside, and broken bits of cardamom plum white chocolate on the outside.
