This is a creamy plant milk chocolate embedded with earl grey tea & gf shortbread, strewn with strips of candied orange.
About the milk chocolate! It’s my favorite plant-based rendition ever. I used an heirloom sweet rice flour for this bar, grown on a 4th generation family farm since the 1940s.
