I've been making this bar since 2017, and won an Academy of Chocolate award for it, though the best award has been all the meteor-jonesing folks filling my inbox with requests.
This is a creamy dark milk (65% cacao), with a nuttiness (minus any nuts) due to the toasted black sesame that I grind straight into the batch, with a milk chocolate sweetness, and a spritz of black lava salt.
Crafted with organic cacao, organic cocoa butter, organic cane sugar, organic whole milk, organic black sesame seeds, black lava salt.
