Pumpkin Blondie: pumpkin chocolate with dark chocolate and spiced chocolate chunks (vegan + gf)
Each year I get a hankering to make a new pumpkin bar, and this year I decided to riff off of my own favorite pumpkin blondies because in my corner of the punkin patch, chocolate + pumpkin are a match made in Great Pumpkin heaven.
I crafted pumpkin chocolate, stuffed the obligatory heck yes to fall pumpkin spices into their own batch of spiced chocolate, and made a 68% dark chocolate to chop into hefty chunks. Each bite is a happy jump-worthy threesome of We Love Fallness.
