sugarpine: nibby dark milk blanketed with forest pine white chocolate and Norwegian sea salt
What began as a forest-forward dark milk chocolate in 2016 (Map’s Starry Night bar) has drifted into a bright new snowfall of pine-infused white chocolate on a crunchy forest floor.
My inspiration is forest under the night sky, snow so crisp it sounds like glass breaking as I skied, and that deep cold solitude beneath an expanse of stars stitching the universe into place was the task. I use doug fir tips to infuse cocoa butter, and a splash of pinebud syrup to go as deep pine forest winter as possible, and not need a sled :)
Nibby dark milk is my forest floor, with a dreamy blanket of pine-infused white chocolate and Norwegian sea salt crystals atop.
Made with single origin Dominican Republic cacao, organic cocoa butter, organic cane sugar, organic whole milk, doug fir tips (to infuse the cocoa butter), pinebud syrup, and Norwegian sea salt.
